I had a Doctor's appointment this morning, I got called back for extra blood tests to try and get to the bottom of things.. so I took my notebook and pencil!

It does fly by doesn;t it.
I am having a hospital proceedure on Monday (not looking forward to it), I have to drink horrible laxative fluid on Sunday, but it has to be done.
